Product returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another product. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, as to control the deadline. For each return you will be charged with the respective fee of the courier company that we cooperate with or of the respective transport company that you had chosen during the purchase of the product from us.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by you. This means: They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. To be in excellent condition (with their manufacturer’s packaging, i.e. the box). Products that have a protection gelatin will not be returned once the gelatin has been removed from them. To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.). If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement within the above time period.

Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return. Please note that all product changes and refunds are made at current product prices. The return process is simple and is performed as follows: You inform us about the return by sending an email to the address ordersgroup@mt.com.gr or by calling 2109400002 (Monday to Friday 09:00 -17: 00).

In cases where, with proven fault of the company, products of poor and of defective quality were sold or there is a mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, or for product damages during transport or with poor packaging, etc. then our company undertakes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in an indicated bank account notified by you), as well as the shipping costs. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

Order Cancellation - Right of Withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before sending the product - Cancellation is possible by sending an email to the address ordersgroup@mt.com.gr or by phone at 2109400002 Monday to Friday 09:00 -17: 00.
b) After receiving the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product as of above.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned above, regarding the damage of the returned products, etc. must be met. Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Shipping costs for the return of the product are borne exclusively by you.
